Our team of talented bakers prepare every component of our custom sugar cookies to order to ensure and uphold the Martha’s Delectables standard we are proud of and known for! This process takes time, creativity and care. 

We do not offer refunds for cancellations made within 14 days of your scheduled delivery date. At this point, your order has already been planned, designs finalized, supplies purchased, and our bakers have started preparations for the dough and royal icing for your upcoming order.

We understand life happens! If you need to reschedule your order, please contact us as early as possible. While we will try our best to accommodate your request and this situation is more possible than not, rescheduling within 14 days of the original date may be treated as a cancellation if we are unable to shift your order to a new date. Due to the customization and individuality of our cookies, we do not accept returns on any orders. 

All cookies are made to order and created specifically for your event or business needs. Once items leave our facility or are delivered, they cannot be returned. We take great care to ensure that every cookie meets our quality standards before it reaches you. If you believe there is an issue with your order (such as damage during transit or a mistake in fulfillment), please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your cookies. We may request photos and details to assess the situation and determine an appropriate resolution.
